For anyone who identifies as Indigenous in order to provide health screening and identify any supports in which we can assist.
Chronic Disease Management
We provide personalised care plans for chronic conditions. This allows the GP to collaborate and coordinate care appropriately with your health team. This service is bulk billed.

Chronic Disease Management Plans for those complex medical needs to claim five sessions in a 12 month period to any of the following:
Podiatry , Physiotherapist, Aboriginal Health Worker, Audiologist, Chiropractor, Diabetic Educator, Occupational Therapist, Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Mental Health Worker, Osteopath
Pathology Services
We offer on site pathology services for a range of tests, including blood work, diagnostic screenings and routine health checks.
Pathology services currently operate:
8am - 1pm Mon - Fri

Clinical Labs will be providing on site pathology services.
For Bloods and ECG.
No appointment required unless a Glucose Tolerance Test.
After Hours Care
Forresters Beach Medical is open Saturday mornings from 8am – 11am, private fees apply.

Workers Compensation & CTP Claims
We are happy to assist with Workers Compensation and CTP claims however please contact reception prior to booking to ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
Skin Checks and Procedures
Forresters Beach Medical now offers routine skin checks and skin health consultations. We also undertake surgical skin procedures and follow up treatment.
Employment & Insurance Medicals
We are pleased to offer these services but please contact reception before booking to confirm requirements and availability. These are not covered by Medicare.
